Inclusion

Welcome to our Inclusion page!

Welcome back to all our children after the Christmas Holidays. We hope you had a lovely break and are looking forward to making this term a happy and productive one! We are continuing our hard work supporting you all in and out of class.

We are working with children to support them to make friends, to help them learn and to realise how great they are! This term year 3 will be taking part in circle time weekly with the focus being on Social Communication.

We are continuing to hold our Quiet break and Lunch Club in the Rainbow Room. Please pop along if you need a quieter, calmer break time, or a friendly chat if you have any worries! During lunchtime club a Mid-day Assistant is always on hand to play games and chat to.

Thank-you to our group of volunteer's from Year 5 who are now Playground buddies for Key Stages 1 and 2 during Morning Break times. They are doing an important job supporting our Teacher's and Younger children in both Playground's helping to make sure everyone feels Safe and Happy.  Also a big Thank-you to our year 6 Play leaders who run activities daily in the Sensory garden with our Key stage 1 children.

To all parents/guardians-

If you have any concerns or queries about your child's needs in school don't hesitate to speak to your child's Class Teacher or contact one of the Inclusion team - Mrs Costigan, Mrs Stocker or Miss Hampson.

Please remember that Friday mornings we have drop in sessions from 8.30 to 10.30 am for a friendly chat about any concerns or worries you may have.

Also to our lovely group of Parent Reading Volunteers, thank you again, so much for all your support and hard work. We all REALLY appreciate your efforts!
